The Environmental Defense Alliance is an Alabama non-profit corporation established in 2014 to protect human health and the environment. The directors and officers of the Alliance receive no compensation. The Alliance has been designated by the Internal Revenue Service as a charitable organization under 26 U.S.C. ยง 501(c)(3). The Alliance is authorized to solicit and receive charitable donations.
